Registration for Fall Sports—Cross Country (XC) and Girls Basketball is now open and it will close on Sunday, July 23, 2023.We are going to use a new registration form platform, in which, we will now require upload of baptismal and birth certificates in order to submit registration. This means the certificates will be required for each and every registration; I suggest that you scan them and save a copy in your preferred cloud drive or computer hard drive prior to registration. Medical Release Waiver will be linked within to download within the new registration form and will also be required to scan and upload into the registration form. The medical release form is also at the top of the Registration Page at our Parish Ministry Website if you would like to download, complete and scan into your computer/cloud drive prior to starting the registration process. In addition, full payment will be required at time of registration. The system will provide the opportunity to log into your parish online giving account at the time of registration; you will have the option to pay with credit/debit card, ACH debit from your financial institution (electronic check), or Google Pay.We will have a newsfeed at the top of our Parish Ministry Website to help you stay up-to-date regarding CYO Ministry News & Information, along with our CYO Ministry Facebook Page.If you are interested in coaching this season, please contact our leadership team at [email protected] and we will reach out to begin the interview process. The sooner the better (we have experienced last minute coach additions do not create the best learning environment for our children); if we do not have a coach for a team, that team will not be able to participate in the Diocese of Stockton CYO Ministry season.
