Our Parish’s CYO Ministry’s 5-Hour Requirement for your child’s eligibility to particiate in our CYO Ministry is a “BARE MINIMUM” requirement.  Because we generally do not host volleyball games, ONE Team Snack will be allowed to count toward HALF of your hours.  EACH FAMILY is required that a parent/guardian/adult volunteer for score table or line judge at a minimum of one match.  Additional score table and/or line judge may be required--reiterating that the 5-hours is a bare minimum requirement.

We will need help setting up and closing/cleaning up and our caterer will need help serving at the Community Mixer; this is partly how we are keeping the cost low.  The Community Mixer is a new idea that we are testing out--your participation will determine our ability to continue hosting the Community Mixer in future years.

We will need help setting up and closing/cleaning up after our End of Season (EOS) Celebration.

Your child(ren)'s eligilibty to participate in post-season is depending on completion or signing up for your Parent Participation Hours BEFORE the end of regular season.

If your child(ren)'s eligilbity is through enrollment at our parish school, and you would like Parish PPP hours--please complete your form, scan it and email to me at [email protected].  I will sign them and send to the parish school for you.
