Welcome to the 2024-2025 CYO Ministry Winter Sports Season!

We will begin working through eligibility.  There will be multiple checks for eligibility throughout the season.  To First, we’ve been monitoring uploaded documents and we will be verifying primary eligibility, enrollment in our Parish’s Faith Formation (CRE) or Parish School which will need to be all settled before your son may hit the court for practice.  Practice for 3rd and 4th Grade may begin on 10.14.2024; 5th through 8th Grades 10.21.2024.

We will be meeting with coaches this week; we are hoping to have a practice schedule by the end of the week.  The practice schedule will be published, as with ALL THINGS CYO, at our website; and your coach will always have the most up-to-date information regarding practice.  

If you requested jersey numbers that do not align with the instructions during registration, adjustments to the numbers will likely have to be made to confirm with the rules of jersey numbers—if you’d had a number outside of our numbering system that is fine until you need to order a new uniform.

The Newsfeed & Announcements and Events Sections at our website will one our PRIMARY means of communication—please monitor our website regularly.

If your son is interested in lecturing or altar serving at our CYO Ministry Mass, please shoot us an email, [email protected].  We will go via first come first served …. And we will confirm.

New this season is the Student-Athlete meeting that Laura Rodriguez (our new parish school principal) and I will be facilitating as part of our Parent/Guardian Meeting and we will follow the meeting by attending together.  This is a MANDATORY EVENT and an eligibility requirement to participate in our parish’s CYO Ministry.  The ONLY MEANS of checking in at the meeting to verify your attendance for eligibility is going to be to scan the QR code you received upon submission of registration.

If you were an early registrant (THANK YOU!), the subject line of the email with the QR code was:  Your Parent/Guardian & Student-Athlete Meeting and CYO Ministry Mass ticket enclosed.

If you need assistance finding the email, we can provide you with the date/time that your registration was submitted PRIOR to the event.  We will be facilitating during the event and may not be able to assist you locate the QR code at the event so please plan ahead; if you need assistance finding the email with the date/time stamp please request via email to [email protected].
