Fall Sports Parent Participation Hours

Cross Country (XC)
An email went out 09.19.2024 just before 8:00 PM to check in regarding each family's Parent Participation Hours. We will consider your 5 hours complete by volunteering at two meets during the season. Typically, your two meets would be at the meet with host and the final meet. If you did not volunteer at the Meet # 02, which our parish hosted this past weekend ,please let us know which two meets you will be volunteering to compete your Parent Participation Hours via email: [email protected].
We will also accept donations of drink and desserts at our End of Season Celebration.Girls Basketball (GBB)
An email went out 09.19.2024 just before 8:00 PM to checking in regarding each family’s Parent Participation Hours. We will have two additional opportunities to complete your 5 hours.- This Friday evening, September 20, 2024.

The duties available to complete your Parent Participation Hours:- Set Up prior to game
- Clean up, dust floors in between games (including restroom)
- Restroom clean up throughout the day
- Clean up after game
- Snack Bar
- Score Table (at a game you do not have a student-athlete participating)
Please let us know when you would like to complete your hours via reply to this email. Your hours need to be completed or scheduled prior to post season. We will also accept donations of drink and desserts at our End of Season Celebration.
